The mission of the Wynn and Rick Wagner Foundation is to empower or assist others who are disenfranchised because of their sexual orientation.
The foundation is named after Wynn Wagner and Rick Wagner, lovers in Dallas Texas (USA).

The Foundation’s goals are to help gay teenagers in the following ways—
- To neutralize the negative effects of being out of the closet. The effects can be educational, physical, emotional or psychological.
- To empower and enlighten gay teenagers so they continue to promote education, health and safety for gays not yet born.
- To rescue young people in situations where being openly gay is punishable by the death penalty.
